The year has just started, and I feel as though I’m already back in 2008! This part 0f the year, training and attitude are among the biggest reasons for a nomination for ROTM.
So it should come as no surprise that the Rider of the Month for January is…
Brian “Rookie” Wachlarz!!!
Look familiar? He should. Brian has been here before as Last Year’s January Rider of the Month!!!
If you want some insight on how he snagged this honor TWO year’s running, let me give you a hint: It was VERY hard to find a picture of Brian without a huge grin on his face. It’s hard to knock a guy who has so much fun just ticking over miles!
This fella has not only been a model for team attitude, he has also been organizing his own training rides to accommodate riders who reside on the East-side (as long as they love climbing! 
). Brian really shows what happens when a motivated individual truly enjoys their sport!
Rookie, what can we say but CONGRATS!!!! (again!)
